Our team works hard because we are committed to our mission to serve and equip the church. We want to unleash millions of Christians to live like Jesus in their homes, neighborhoods, at work and around the world. We serve over 20,000 churches, schools and businesses with an extensive library of video resources that people can stream anytime, anywhere. Our creative team films and produces original content, and we also distribute video resources produced by other major Christian publishers and ministries.

We are looking for passionate, creative, and ambitious believers who are ready to help create and distribute our video content to thousands of churches across the country. Since moving to our office in McKinney our team has grown from 100 to over 180 people and many people on our team have grown in their responsibilities.

The purpose of the Customer Success Specialist is to proactively engage with RightNow Media customers, provide initial guidance on how they can get value from their subscription to RightNowMedia, and coordinate the scheduling of Workshops with our customers.
