Three questions shape the discipleship efforts of every church leader:
This pre-conference workshop, presented by RightNow Media in partnership with Trueface, is built around GROW — our framework for helping churches build a discipleship strategy from the inside out, starting with how leaders see, then shaping the environments where disciples grow.
Grow isn't a curriculum or a one-size-fits-all program. It's a structured way to think about your church's discipleship — clarifying what you believe about how people change, naming the disciple you're trying to make, and aligning your leadership team around a shared path forward.
Walk away with:
- A shared language for discipleship — what you believe, who you're trying to make, and how you'll know if it’s working.
- Practical tools for evaluating leadership development and small group structures.
- A working two-page roadmap to take home, refine with your full team, and use to guide your next 6–12 months of discipleship work.
This workshop will move you from vision to a starting plan. The work of building a thriving discipleship culture happens after, but you'll leave knowing where to begin and how to align your team.

The workshop is built around helping your team align on those upstream questions before deciding what programs to run.
