Learn more about tax exemption with a RightNow Media account here. Please submit your tax exemption paperwork within five days of signing up for RightNow Media. Once submitted, it takes one to two business days for tax-exempt status to go into effect. Note: RightNow Media is unable to refund taxes charged to a customer.
All payments are non-refundable. If you ever decide to stop using RightNow Media, we require a 30-day notice which can be submitted by calling us at 972-560-4000.
Multi-site churches can use one subscription as long as the subscription price reflects the total weekly attendance across all campuses.
