Once submitted, it takes one to two business days for tax-exempt status to go into effect. (Note: RightNow Media is unable to refund taxes charged to a customer.)
All payments are non-refundable. If you ever decide to stop using RightNow Media @ Work, we require a 30-day notice which can be submitted by calling us at 972-560-4000.
