When a church wants to see growth and expand the Kingdom of God, then the leaders will develop a process to train and equip more leaders. In this video, Alex Himaya, Senior Pastor of The Church at BattleCreek, explains why the process of multiplication is important for pastors, church leaders, their ministries and especially for the Kingdom of God.


The task of discipleship is the work given to us by Jesus to make disciples so that they can make more disciples and so on. How are you multiplying disciples for Christ? How are you intentional about having conversations with others so that they can have conversations with other people about Christ?

Healthy churches intentionally find ways to multiply disciples, leaders and other churches. After all, anything that is healthy reproduces. Alex said, "…I can't think of anything more important than to build a multiplication process in your church." Our burden should be to serve the Lord and lead people to Christ so that they can serve Him and lead others to Him and so on.
