Cheryl Bachelder, CEO of AFC Enterprises, Inc. and author of Dare to Serve, talks about how the faith legacy of her family drives the the choices she makes at work and home. Cheryl has more than 30 years of experience in brand building, operations and management at companies like KFC, Domino's Pizza, RJR Nabisco and The Procter & Gamble Company.

Cheryl said that her framework of faith informs every decision that she makes in the workplace. What is your work/faith attitude? Cheryl's career is not the only part of her life. In this video, she talks about how she strives to balance her family, work and life.

Cheryl admitted that everything is not always in sync. The balance of work and life is a series of choices and trying to make the right choice at the right time to be a valued parent and a valued employee. She mentions, "Family prevails and recover on the business front later."

Cheryl wants to make sure her family knows they can count on her, which is something she learned growing up. In this next video, she talks about how her parents raised her with values and faith. Cheryl and her husband, Chris, are passing along this legacy to their three daughters.
