What Every Discouraged Leader Needs to Remember

Listen carefully as Jonathan Falwell, Senior Pastor of Thomas Road Baptist Church (TRBC), encourages church leaders to trust God with every detail of their ministry and motivates them to stay faithful and grounded in the Word of God.

Take a moment and pray that God will continue to heal your heart especially if you are currently hurting. Pray for those who have offended you and ask God to help you to love them.

Jonathan reminded us that God always comes through when we least expect it. Jonathan said, "We need to make sure we are pointing people to God not to man's ideas." That's true with our words and our actions. Pray through your hardships and pray for those who are watching, that they will see God's grace and love present in your life.

So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There
we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when
                       we need it most.

                                                                                      ~ Hebrews 4:16, (NLT)
