You are a hard worker—working with excellence and taking care of responsibilities. But the temptation is to think that the harder we work, the more respect, security and significance we will receive. And instead of working as worship, we wind up worshipping our work.

Bill is the founding Executive Director of The Center for Faith & Work at LeTourneau University. He is an award-winning author of seven books including Workplace Grace. 


Bill reminded us that success doesn't give us the satisfaction, the security and the significance that we really want. Where do you get your significance? Where do you find your identity? What would the people who know you say? Is there anything that needs to change?
