Speaking from his own experience as a church kid and then a leader of church kids, Ray Deck, author and speaker for Word of Life Fellowship, talks about the typical frustrations of working with kids who have always been part of the church. He then follows with practical advice for helping them see their potential for impacting God's Kingdom.

Teens who have grown up in the church are not immune from sin, and youth pastors should be prepared to deal with sin seriously and compassionately. At the same time, proactive work to help your students put God first will keep them from getting into a lot of sin issues in the first place.
