Staff members confront bigger risks than budgets and facilities as they stretch and overwork to keep up with climbing demand. 

Read 1 Timothy 3:4–5. A church leader is required to take good care of his or her family. Don't let work and over commitment to the ministry ruin your relationships and run you ragged.

Do people that know you well ever think of you as a workaholic? Is it because you are? Have any of your relationships ever suffered because you were answering every call from the church?
