Dr. Barbara Neumann is an adjunct professor in the Christian Education Dept. at Dallas Theological Seminary and co-authored a book on mentoring.

Barbara also explained that she develops herself as a leader by developing her own faith walk. She acknowledged that there is not a lot of new knowledge that she needs, but that she seeks to go deeper in her relationship with Christ.
