Brian Summerall is going to talk about some important components in a successful ministry to students.  Brian has been on the staff of Young Life for over 25 years and is the Director of Ministry Strategy. He travels the country training staff and volunteers to reach more students in existing ministries.

First, take a look at a real-life example of successful outreach. Collin was a popular student in high school, but he was trying to live to make others happy and life felt meaningless. He was invited to a Young Life meeting and found his answer in Christ.

Youth ministry, by its very name, should be in the heart and fabric of everything students do, and we must make sure every student is invited.
