Brian Summerall talks to youth leaders about how to partner with kids to help them grow in their faith.  Brian has been on staff at Young Life for over 25 years and is the Director of Ministry Strategy. He travels the country training staff and volunteers to reach more students in existing ministries.

Brian said that students will make room for things they own. What do your students feel they "own" in your youth ministry outreach? How are you inspiring them now to own their spiritual journey?
