Have you ever wondered how someone becomes a great leader? In the Just 3 Questions series, we’ve asked some of today’s top leaders three simple questions about leadership.

Matt Carter, is the Pastor of Preaching and Vision at The Austin Stone Community Church in Austin, TX. In this first video, he answers, “Who is the best leader you have ever sat under and why were they so good?”

One leadership quality Matt praised Kevin for was his ability to develop a positive, gospel, grace-filled culture at their church. How would you characterize the culture at your church or organization? How are you contributing to that culture? Should anything change? If so, what?
