Claudia is the Leadership Development Pastor of Chase Oaks Church in Plano, Texas. Claudia has served as the Women's Ministry Pastor, Connections Pastor and First Impressions Pastor. She has also served as MOMS Chairman, Precept teacher, Board Member of ProvenWay Ministries and Chairman of the Association for Women in Ministry Professionals.

Claudia specifically talked about three people who were great models for her as they spent time with her.
  • Her father - modeled a good work ethic without talking about it
  • Martha Ann - taught her about pastoral care and compassion
  • Glen (staff member) - named her strengths and gave her tools to lead

Think of people who have influenced you. Who has modeled without speaking? Who taught you about compassion and soul care? Who has pointed out your strengths and given you the tools to lead?
