Dave gave the the strategy that they use in building a strong group of leaders in his organization. 
  • 1. Lay in place a clear definition of what leadership looks like. 
  • 2. Disciple and mentor over a period of time that will cause a person to mold into that definition.

In this bonus clip, Dave answer the question, "What is the most important thing you do to strengthen your Christian faith on a daily basis?"

Dave said that what he does now, on a daily basis, is look for the "God moments" that draw him into gratitude, prayer, Scripture, accountability, and fellowship with mature believers. He looks for what God is doing and gets in on it. Reflect on your own life. What would be a God moment for today? What about yesterday? What did that God moment cause you to do?
