Reaching Diaspora People in Our Community

OnMission 2017

To whom is God revealing Himself right now, and how can we participate with Him in that work? In this video from OnMission 2017, Kim Cecil, a missionary with Foursquare Missions International, sheds light on God’s heart to reach the foreigner amongst us.

Kim Cecil is a missionary with Foursquare Missions International. She and her husband, Steve, live in St. Petersburg, where they assist the Russian National Leader with the development of the Foursquare church planting movement in Russia. The Cecils travel to churches throughout Russia, mentoring and offering practical training in church multiplication and missions. Kim also serves as the District Missions Representative for the Heartland District of Foursquare Churches. She and Steve have three children.
