Keep a Code of Values

Front and Center

What does your company value? Many employees don’t know the answer and if they do, it’s a gamble whether or not they apply the values to their work. Dina Dwyer-Owens, author, speaker, and co-chairwoman of the Dwyer Group, speaks to business leaders about the importance of values and how to model company values to employees.

Dina Dwyer-Owens is an author, speaker, and co-chairwoman of the Dwyer Group, a holding company of multiple service-based franchise organizations. She is the author of Values, Inc. and Live R.I.C.H. and speaks regularly to leaders and companies about adhering to ethics in business and in life.

Values create the foundation of a company. Without core values, your organization could lack purpose and vision. Dina said leaders should continually keep the values front and center of the daily work routine.
