When to Over Communicate


Sometimes employers can feel redundant iterating the same messages over and over. But there’s a reason to over communicate certain points to employees to keep them on track and united. Business and leadership expert Patrick Lencioni tells leaders what and when to over communicate.

Patrick listed six questions you should constantly answer for your employees:

  • Why are we here?
  • How do we behave?
  • What do we do?
  • What makes us unique?
  • What’s most important?
  • Who needs to do what?
