If you want the culture of your workplace to change, it has to start with you. Business and leadership expert Patrick Lencioni describes how leaders can set the tone of an organization through vulnerability.

Vulnerability begins with leaders. A good work environment provides room for people to make mistakes and grow. Patrick said being open about your human weaknesses is usually worth it, even if can be costly.
