Despite our best intentions, vision tends to leak from the minds of our people. As Lee said, it happens to the best of us. As a result, you can never talk about vision too much. Take advantage of these suggestions and look for ways to incorporate them into your annual routine so as to better engage your people with the vision God has placed on your heart for them.
