As Dave shared, most churches are operating on an outdated scorecard, one focused primarily on attendance and offering numbers. The mission of Jesus requires a bigger vision. Take some time to consider what your ministry values. Doing so will lead you to what you measure. Ask God to lead you in the ways your vision needs to change and boldly make adjustments for the advancement of His gospel in the community around you.
