If you find yourself in a desert feeling drained by ministry, consider taking a vacation. Like Bryan shared, the rest was helpful, but it also provided him an opportunity to reconnect with God and to plan with his wife for the future in each of the eight areas he described. Carve out some time in the coming days to rest, relax, and rejuvenate so that you can engage in your work with a refreshed perspective.
