By definition, blind spots are those shortcomings in our lives that are invisible to us, but visible to everyone else around us. Without inviting others to point them, blind spots have the potential to negatively impact a fruitful ministry in service to God. Spend some time in prayer asking God to reveal your blind spots, invite community to be honest with you about them, and be intentional about taking steps towards change.
