Long-term youth ministry helps build trust with many individuals who come from unstable backgrounds. As Jeff shared, strong role models and the freedom to fail allowed him to grow into his role and settle into a long-term commitment to his ministry. Consider how you are caring for those in leadership of your youth ministry today. Strive to set a strong model for them for greater fruitfulness in their work.
