Partnership is always possible in local communities, but it requires an attitude of unselfishness and a willingness to come alongside others. You cannot come in and simply take over. True partnership in ministry means praying together, studying together, and pursuing the vision of God in the midst of practical differences. Consider how you can use the resources God has given to you to partner alongside others in your midst for more effective ministry.
