As Michael pointed out, creatives think and operate differently from those with a more linear way of working. Freeing them up to find what suits them best will enliven their passion for work and inspire greater levels of creativity. Practice flexibility with the creatives on your team. Make some time to talk with them about changes that would help their experience and allow them to make it their own.
