As Scott said, leaders develop followers while managers simply focus on developing the results of people/things and can often result in an impersonal influence upon others. Take time to consider how you can implement the B.E.C.C. model into the ways in which you lead your people. Focus on growing in those areas of your leadership that require improvement.
