Like Mark said, most leaders feel overwhelmed with all of the responsibility they bear on a daily basis. If you can relate to that feeling today, consider adjusting your focus by forming leadership teams to help you bear that weight. Be intentional in your changes and ask God to give you wisdom as you seek to serve Him with greater faithfulness.
