Stop, start, and continue. In theory, these are easy steps, but they require intentionality in practice. Don't wait for someone to approach you. Instead, take the vulnerable steps of putting yourself out there and asking for those under your care to speak into what they see about your life. Ask God to bless your boldness and encourage greater accountability in your relationships with others.
