At one point or another, every pastor faces trial in the life of the ministry. Such times require wise leadership to guide a staff properly. Doing so provides a significant opportunity to step deeper into the vision God has given whereas failing in the task could mean rendering the ministry useless altogether. Consider the steps Jon laid out and think about the areas in which you need to grow. Look for ways in the days ahead to practice and ask God to strengthen your leadership for times of difficulty.
