Staff should not be put in the position of doing all the work, but serving other Christ followers by creating an environment for them to pursue obedience to the Savior with greater faithfulness. Look for ways to encourage your congregation into taking personal responsibility for their call to ministry. In addition, free up your staff to serve your people in their call rather than bearing the load themselves.
