A teaching team keep on single individual from having to bear the weight of preaching on their own. This serves as a practical benefit for pastors as well as an edifying factor for the congregation as a whole. Consider the current practice of your church. Look for opportunities to invite others into the teaching rotation for the purpose of raising up new leaders and growing the body of Christ into greater faithfulness.
