Teach teaching offers great benefit for the pastoral leadership and the body of Christ at large. It helps to alleviate the burden of teaching from one individual and allows the congregation exposure to a variety of personalities communicating the Word of God. Consider your current pace and whether or not you are carrying too much weight in your pastoral role. Ask God to give you a vision for raising up new leaders in the church to help you with your responsibilities and in faithful partnership to preach the gospel to the lost.
