Church leaders always face a delicate balance between carving out time for their work responsibilities and making time for the people in their care. Doug created an opportunity to involve his people in a portion of his weekly service to the church. Ask God to give you a vision for opening up yourself for community participation. Look for ways to invite your people into your obedient service to God.
