If you feel inadequate for the task of preaching, you are in good company. However, there are options to help with the preparation, like those Bob described. At the end of the day, preaching is powerless without the presence of the Holy Spirit. Prepare well throughout the week, but place your dependence where it belongs. Trust that God will use your words to build up the body of Christ for effective ministry.
