Partiality can be easy to hide externally, but that does not make it any less sinful on the inside. When Christians embrace partiality, they exercise judgment upon others, which inhibits unity in the church. In everything you do, seek to treat your congregation as a family. Though difficulties between people will arise, we are called to love one another and pursue unity through Christ. Work at modeling such a commitment with your leadership.
