When churches reach a certain size, they are forced to create new structure in order to accommodate their growth. Doing so often means trade-offs among programming. Certain ministries are cut, roles are rearranged, responsibilities are transferred, and so on. It gets messy. Lean into the mess. Utilize your leadership to help others grieve where needed and cast a vision that motivates your people further into the mission God has called you into.
