Elders have a lot of responsibility to juggle. They tend to be untrained volunteers with full-time employment in addition to their leadership of a local church. When anxiety appears, it tends to be an unwelcome presence. In the interactions you have with your elder board, help them to press into the anxiety, understand its origin, and deal with it well.
