When pastors err towards the extreme of either too much love and too strong a form of leadership, it can demoralize those in their midst. Good leadership seeks to understand how each person needs to be loved and to gain insight into the ways in which they are built. As a leader in your church, make an effort to see how God has uniquely designed those in your care. Work at leading them with respect to their gifts and specific communication styles.
