2010 Leadership Network Aha! Online Experience

Leadership Network's AHA! online experience includes 40 exceptional leaders sharing their "Aha!" moments—those moments when the light bulb went on with a critically important idea or realization. In this 7-minute video from the 2010 AHA! experience, Jackie Roese shares why she thinks more women should be trained in preaching and teaching the Word.

Dr. Jackie Roese is Founder and President of The Marcella Project, an organization committed to reshaping the view of women in the church through Scripture-based teaching, training, and dialogue. She is also the author of several Bible studies and two books: Lime Green and She Can Teach. As you watch this session, take notes and consider how it can impact your leadership.

Jackie said that conservative evangelical women are less likely to be trained in leadership, teaching, and preaching because they are confused about the role of women in the church. May we embolden and encourage our passionate and gifted women in that effort.
