Church leaders need to thoroughly investigate their attitudes and ideas towards age. Our culture has many negative views towards aging that have unhealthily come to infect the local church. Work at developing a healthy perspective towards the older members of your congregation. Look for opportunities to connect them to ministry so as to use their gifts and talents to advance the gospel of Jesus.
