In many circles today, church leader are not wrestling with how best to reach the older generation. Nonetheless, aging baby boomers have much to offer local ministry in terms of time and life experience. Such resources are invaluable to the church. As you consider your own people, don't neglect the older members of your congregation. Provide them with opportunities to use the gifts and talents God has given to them for the glory of His name.
