Chip is on the Executive Leadership Team and is the Division Director of Next Gen and Community Transformation at Perimeter Church in Atlanta, Georgia and also serves as the Director of Unite!, a network of over 175 churches in Atlanta.

You have weaknesses—we all do. Recognize your weaknesses and open up to others about your struggles. An honest leader gains respect and reflects Christ’s truthfulness. Be real with the people you serve and exercise discernment as you walk in vulnerability.
