David McDonald is Lead Pastor at Westwinds Community Church in Jackson, Michigan and the author of several books. Jeff Jones is the Senior Pastor of Chase Oaks Church in Plano, Texas. Gary Fenton is Senior Pastor of Dawson Family of Faith in Birmingham, Alabama and the author of Good for Goodness’ Sake and Your Ministry’s Next Chapter.

Jeff shared his disappointment with the senior high youth ministry at his church. He and his team hope to rethink the current model and brainstorm new ideas. Gary shared that his men’s ministry model may be outdated. He wants to incorporate more larger groups of men to draw them into fellowship. Consider what ministry models may not be working at your church and what might work better.
