Michael shared how his initial staff structure was reactionary. They had to step back to figure out where they wanted to be longterm and what kind of structure would get them there. Godfrey shared how they had to move from a mentality of building the church to building the kingdom. They are now more externally focused. Consider their thoughts and one thing that may need to be reevaluated at your church.
