Like Margaret said, we don't have the opportunity to hire ministry. Rather, we hire people we think are competent for the work of ministry. Doing that well means having systems in place to properly vet and analyze the effectiveness of an employee. Take some time to consider the processes you have in place. Look for ways you can improve and be intentional about taking steps toward making healthy adjustments going forward.
