Role of Elders

2012 The Nines Conference

Jim is the Lead Pastor at Richwoods Christian Church in Peoria, Illinois and the founder of the 95network—a non-profit network of churches and church leaders in churches under eight hundred in attendance.

Examine the expectations you have for your elder board or leadership team at your church. If you don’t have those expectations written down, write them out and distribute them to the elders this week. Prayerfully consider how God is leading your church and elder board.
