Tommy Kyllonen is Lead Pastor at Crossover Church in Tampa, Florida. He has recorded eight hip-hop albums and is the author of three books: Un.orthodox, Next, and Rebuild. John Jenkins is Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Glenarden in Landover, Maryland.

Tommy shared how changing his youth service to the same time as the main service helped assimilate the two groups. John shared his surprise when alter counselors and new believers did not cultivate lasting relationships. Think about what is not going as planned at your church and what you may need to reevaluate.
