Noel Heikkinen is a pastor at Riverview Church in the Lansing, Michigan area. He also serves as the US Midwest Network Director for Acts 29. Eric Bramlett is the Creative Arts Director at Community Christian Church in the Chicago area and the co-author of The Big Idea. Steve Saccone is Executive Pastor at Awakening Church in San Jose, California and the author of two books: Protege and Relational Intelligence.

Steve shared how he and his leaders invite key congregants to an open forum to hear their ideas for evangelistic and missional initiatives.
